7: Strategic Planning Process
Leads your church in the development of a Mission Statement, a Vision Statement, and the development and implementation of a Strategic Plan for ministry. This is accomplished through a thorough analasys of church data and the discovery of the Core Values that govern the church. This process is accomplished with participation and approval of the church leadership and the congregartion.
